Almost a year ago, I created a website. Now, yesterday, while keeping an eye on the repercussions of my domain transfer, I stumble upon this thread in the World of Warcraft forums.
Someone actually stole my website.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against someone building a website that competes with mine, that's just healthy.
What I do mind is:
- When they steal my stylesheet;
- When they name their site the same as mine;
- When they use the same layout, including the menu and complete phrases;
- When they slap a "(c)2008" on a site whose HTML code was ripped off mine.
So, to get back at the guy, I implemented a few small features from the clone site and integrated them in my site. Why not. At least I didn't rip off his code.
Doesn't anybody know what copyright is anymore?
Anyways, what should I do about this?
Argh.

I'm looking for a web-based software project management and bug/issue tracking system.
Here's my basic requirements:
- Multi-user
- Basic project management
- Milestone management
- to-do lists
- Bug/Issue tracking
- Must have a built in wiki
- Integration with Subversion is a plus!
I can't, for technical, install Trac easily on my shared hosting account. The setup is a PITA. So I'd like to use something else.
One last thing, it must be free, so stuff like Basecamp is not an option.
Any suggestions? What are you using? Out of curiosity, let me know if you're using Trac, even though it's unlikely that I'll be able to install it.
Thanks!
